March 1, 2021 My wife and I are about to celebrate our one year anniversary in our very comfortable and well built Hallbeck home. Over the past year we have had no problems with any of the construction or finishing work that was done on the home. We would say that we are a 100% satisfied with the very ethical workmanship and relationship that we experienced during the building process. The Hallbecks…Rick, Dan, and Kyle…were all willing to work with us on a plan that would include our ideas and stay within our budget. The finishing work that was done by Drew is second to none. He is an artist and a very personable individual. His assistant, Austin, was a very hard working young man. Everyone was polite and professional on the work site. Any small issues that arose during the construction were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. They assured us that everything would be done to make sure we were happy with our home and they did not fail to fulfill that promise. The recommendations that were made regarding cabinets, flooring, etc. were excellent and all of those companies and individuals expressed a high regard for the Hallbeck company.
